Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from WFF website or store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at whanaufamilyfamiglia@gmail.com and send your item to the address stated in the invoice for returns particular to the purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The gift must be a legitimate product of WFF.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WFF BASIC SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION & General Subscription TERMS (AUSTRALIA)

These Terms govern the WFF Basic Support Subscription (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Overview
1.1 The WFF Basic Support Subscription allows subscribers to purchase participating creator music, digital content, and merchandise at member-discounted pricing as displayed on the WFF website.
1.2 Discounted pricing may vary by product and creator and is not guaranteed for all items.
1.3 Subscription benefits are personal and non-transferable.
2. Subscription Term
2.1 The Subscription is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (“Term”).
2.2 The Subscription does not automatically renew.
2.3 WFF will contact you approximately one (1) month prior to expiry to offer renewal.
2.4 If renewal is not confirmed prior to the expiry date, Subscription benefits will cease at the end of the Term.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 The Subscription fee is payable annually in advance.
3.2 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3.3 WFF reserves the right to vary Subscription pricing for future terms.
4. Creator Earnings
4.1 WFF does not retain commission on creator merchandise sales under this Subscription tier.
4.2 Creators receive 100% of net sale proceeds, defined as the sale price less:
- GST or other applicable taxes
- Payment processing fees
- Chargebacks
- Refunds
- Currency conversion fees
- Any legally required deductions
4.3 Creator payouts are processed monthly, subject to cleared funds.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.3 If the Subscription services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided under that legislation.
6. Promotional Communications
6.1 WFF may send promotional communications only where you have provided express consent.
6.2 Marketing communications comply with the Spam Act 2003.
6.3 You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.
6.4 Personal information is handled in accordance with WFF’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
7. Chatroom and Community Access
7.1 Subscribers may access WFF community chatrooms.
7.2 Participation is subject to WFF Community Guidelines.
7.3 WFF reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or terminate access for:
- Harassment
- Offensive conduct
- Intellectual property infringement
- Illegal activity
- Any breach of these Terms
7.4 WFF is not liable for user-generated content posted by third parties.
8. Digital Content
8.1 Digital content purchases are licensed, not sold.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
8.3 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WFF excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss.
9.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, WFF’s liability is limited to:
- Re-supply of the services; or
- The cost of re-supply of the services.
10. Termination
10.1 WFF may suspend or terminate a Subscription if:
- You breach these Terms
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Payment is reversed or disputed
10.2 No refund is payable for termination due to breach.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], Australia. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
